Diagnose with Precision VAS5054A Passthru Driver 64-bit for OBD Communication

Tested on Windows 7,, Win 10 have conflicts. I have also -Actia-XS-Passthru-64bit-Driver- 1Gen VCI- working on 64Bit, check my other threads. This is a 64bit device drivers along with a patched PassThru API files working on Windows 10 x64.
