Audio Alchemy HandBrake and Encorde's Passthrough Fusion

I've been trying to figure this out for hours. Does anyone know how to get audio pass thru to work with presets in Handbrake? Are you encoding it to an mkv or an MP4? MP4 does not support TrueHD audio so if you want an MP4 you'll need to re-encode the audio. Upvote 2 I appreciate all the help recently. Have my profiles pretty dialed in.
